OUR PRODUCTS
Where do your teas come from?
We have developed relationships with the finest tea growers in the most renowned tea growing regions of Sri Lanka, India and Australia.

How fresh are your teas?
Our tea is shipped directly from tea farms after harvesting and blending. All teas are then sealed in air tight containers prior to use.

What is the best way to store my tea?
Once opened your tea can be kept in our resealable pouches where they will stay fresh for up to 2 years. After the 2 years the tea will not spoil however may begin to lose flavour so a little more may be needed.

Are your teas organic?
We take great care to source teas from certified organic tea farms and this is displayed on our packaging.

Are your teas fair trade certified?
We only work with farms that have fair trade practices in developing countries.

What are your teabags made of?
Our teabags are made from food-grade corn starch. They are both biodegradable and compostable.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We ask that you please check your order as soon as you receive it and ensure that it is what you ordered and that it is not damaged or faulty.
If your products are damaged or are not what you ordered please email us at hello@myteagirl.com.au and we will give you instructions on how to return.
Returns products must be received within 10 days of approval email sent and be unopened. Once received and reviewed we will contact you to issue a refund.
Please note: Unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

Do you exchange items?
We only replace items that are damaged or defective in some way. If an exchange is required please email us with your request, a photo of the item, your invoice and we will do our best to help you.
